Little Red Flower Truck is a family-run flower and vegetable farm founded by Molly Friedland and Caleb Hawkins in 2021. From the beginning, their vision was clear. The couple started this venture with the intention of spreading floral joy with mindfully grown blooms while also drawing attention to the importance of supporting local, small-scale, and sustainable farmers. In 2024, Molly and Caleb entered a long-term lease and set up operations at Four Season Farm, a piece of paradise made famous by legendary organic farmers and authors Eliot Coleman and Barbara Damrosch. Now with seven acres of land to grow on and nine greenhouses, Molly and Caleb’s mission has evolved to include growing high-quality flowers and veggies year-round.

Dried flowers are a thing at Little Red Flower Truck because they add color and character to the long and dark winter months. Molly and Caleb carefully select varieties that dry well, hang them in a dark room, and slowly dehydrate them over 4 to 6 weeks. From September to February, they handcraft everlasting dried wedding bouquets and wreaths and teach dried-flower workshops.
